Cancellation & Refund Policy

At TekFew, we strive to provide seamless digital solutions and G2C/B2C services. Because our services involve digital processing, government portals, and immediate resource allocation, we have established the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds.


1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of digital services, the following rules apply:

  • Service Requests: A cancellation request can only be entertained if the processing of the service has not yet commenced.
  • Timeframe: To cancel an order, you must contact our support team within 2 hours of placing the request.
  • Non-Cancellable Services: Once a government application is submitted or a digital product (like a recharge or premium report) is delivered, the order cannot be canceled.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed based on the stage of the service and the nature of the transaction:

A. Full Refunds

A 100% refund of the service fee will be issued if:

  • TekFew is unable to provide the service due to internal technical issues.
  • The service is canceled within the permitted timeframe before any processing begins.

B. Partial Refunds

If you choose to withdraw a request after TekFew has started the documentation process but before submission to the respective department/authority, we will refund the service fee after deducting a processing charge (15-20%) for the labor and resources already utilized.

C. No Refunds

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Government Fees: Any fees paid directly to government portals or statutory bodies are non-refundable once the transaction is successful.
  • Incorrect Information: If a service fails or is rejected due to incorrect/incomplete information or documents provided by the user.
  • Completed Services: Once the digital service, certificate, or application is successfully processed and delivered.
  • Third-Party Delays: Delays caused by government server downtimes or postal services.


3. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, the following timeline applies:

4. Failed Transactions

In the event of a "Transaction Failed" where the amount is deducted from your bank account but not received by TekFew, the amount is usually refunded automatically by your bank within 3–5 business days. Please contact your banking institution in such cases.
